15+ Years Behind The Camera

Conferences, corporate events and sports, covered by a crew that plans for what goes wrong. Multi-camera setups, clean audio, and edits that land while the event still matters.

Trusted by 40+ brands across Indiana and beyond

You only get one shot at a live room

Booking an event videographer sounds simple until the keynote starts nine minutes early, the second camera dies halfway through the CEO's speech, and the audio you get back is a room mic pointed at a PA speaker. None of that is fixable afterwards. Live is the one format with no second take, which is why almost all of the work happens before anyone walks in.

We have covered conferences, award nights and race weekends across Indiana for fifteen years, including work for the NTT IndyCar Series and Motul at Supercross. What you are actually paying for is the planning: the venue walkthrough, the clean feed agreed with your AV team, and the backup angle nobody ends up needing.

What we plan around

Live events go wrong in ways you cannot reshoot. The keynote starts early, the room goes dark for a video package, a speaker walks out of frame, or the AV desk hands over audio that is unusable. So we walk the venue in advance, agree a clean feed with your sound team, run backup angles on anything that only happens once, and keep someone watching the run sheet instead of a viewfinder.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most single day events run between $2,500 and $10,000 depending on crew size, number of cameras and how many deliverables you need afterwards. Multi day conferences and race weekends run higher.

  • Two as standard for anything with a stage, so there is always a backup angle on a moment that only happens once. Larger conferences and sports coverage usually need three or more. We agree the setup during the venue walkthrough.

  • Yes. Same day selects are available so your social team has something to post while the event is still running. Tell us at the planning stage so we build the turnaround into the schedule. [CONFIRM]

  • Yes, and we prefer to. A clean feed from the sound desk is the difference between usable footage and a room mic recording of a PA speaker. We agree it with your AV team before the day.

  • Usually two to four weeks for the recap film and speaker cuts. If you have a hard deadline, such as a follow up campaign or a sponsor report, tell us early and we will build the schedule around it.

  • Yes. Multi day coverage is scheduled as one project so the footage cuts together, with the same crew, the same setup and consistent audio across every day.
